With her infectious enthusiasm for health and nutrition, Julia Ness works with her clients to establish personalized nutrition and health goals, which she then uses to develop a practical, customized strategy for achieving those goals. She always provides guidance in a respectful, empathetic, and tactful manner.

 

As a holistic health coach, Julia’s vision is to help people achieve and maintain long-term health balance, thereby ensuring their well-being and quality of life. Her coaching approach is based on the following five pillars:

Nutrition, exercise, optimized nutrient intake, recovery, and mindset.

 

Her additional qualifications in the areas of “allergies and food intolerances,” “autoimmune diseases,” “gut health,” and “micronutrient counseling” further enhance her expertise.

 

Drawing on her training as a systemic coach at the Coaching Academy Hamburg, Julia offers a comprehensive package of expert knowledge and coaching tools designed to help you develop and maintain healthy habits. She provides support through numerous practical recommendations; as a mother of two children involved in competitive sports, she understands the challenges of everyday life and can offer practical solutions.

 

Julia enjoys spending her free time with her horse in nature, where she can unwind on long rides through the woods or seek out new challenges during show jumping training. She can also often be found on the yoga mat or at the gym.
