Luna Katharina Bruhn

Research Assistant

With her background in sociology, Luna Bruhn brings a unique perspective to Excellence in Mind and the Liesenfeld Research Institute. Her expertise lies in the interplay between individual development and social structures—an interdisciplinary approach that enriches the team’s work with valuable insights into the underlying sociological dynamics.

With a strong emphasis on corporate culture, she fosters creative, solution-oriented perspectives—both in scientific research and in coaching. [She values diversity in collaboration and sees the exchange of different, even contrasting, approaches as a key foundation for innovation and deep understanding.]

At the heart of her work is a belief in a holistic system. Drawing on psychological and sociological research, Luna integrates topics such as emotional regulation, social conditioning, and cognitive flexibility—with the goal of fostering authentic self-development. She particularly supports young people in building resilience and navigating complex life situations.

In addition to her professional work, Luna has a deep passion for design—particularly communication design and photography. She also has a keen interest in the Portuguese language and Brazilian culture, which led her to minor in Portuguese literature.
