Dr. Kerstin Liesenfeld

Founder & CEO

“For me, authenticity is the foundation of everything I do—because substance always has a greater impact than showmanship.”

As a researcher and practicing executive coach, Kerstin Liesenfeld explores the topics of authentic self-development and healthy self-management.

A doctor of personality psychology and a graduate in economics, she conducted research at the Chair of Differential Psychology and Personality Research at the University of Osnabrück (Prof. Julius Kuhl) and as a research scholar at the Mind Brain Education Chair at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education (Prof. Kurt W. Fischer). She is a trained Master Executive Coach (ECA), NLP Master (DVNLP), and Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner (EEM-CP), based on Traditional Chinese Medicine; she is also certified in psychomotor therapy and licensed in EOS personality diagnostics according to Kuhl. She currently teaches as an Assistant Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, USA.

Her professional expertise includes, among other things, her many years of experience as a product manager in the fashion industry, her role as managing director of two private clinics specializing in prevention and rehabilitation within the German healthcare system, and her position as chair of the board of a company specializing in aptitude testing and potential development.

For many years, Kerstin Liesenfeld has served as the volunteer chair of the board of the Andrea-Kuhl Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting the authentic personal development of children and their caregivers.

Kerstin Liesenfeld developed the COLOUREM® coaching method, which she has been using for years to guide top executives and next-generation leaders through their development journey, addressing a range of issues related to transformational cultural change, healthy potential development, and leadership excellence.

In addition to her passion for development and growth, Kerstin loves authentic beauty. She is a big fan of photographic art, Rilke’s writings, and old buildings that quietly tell their timeless stories. To maintain her own sense of balance, she regularly does Pilates, dances, and meditates.
