Executive Coaching –
In Search of Authenticity
Do you want your employees to follow you? In large-scale change processes, do you need to address not only their demands but also their fears, convince them, and win them over to your vision?
Change places particularly high demands on leaders. During these fragile phases for an organization, the company and the people under your purview must follow your lead. You must win them over to your vision and establish common ground. And with different stakeholders, that common ground will not always be the same. Building networks and developing the emotional intelligence to engage with different parties is essential.
This is exactly what we help you achieve through our brain-functional coaching, by enhancing your cognitive and emotional flexibility, fostering reflection and integration, and teaching you new self-management techniques.
“Your Excellence in Mind” offers you the following areas of development:

Leadership Alignment Coaching
Who are you, what moves you personally, and what do you truly want? And how much room does that have in your current role? Our Alignment Coaching is a personalized, multi-level personality coaching program designed to analyze and harmoniously align your own resources. In the process, we explore your skills, potential, and values. We focus on your understanding of your identity and role, as well as your personal sense of purpose in relation to your current or a new role.
Through Leadership Alignment Coaching, we first examine the current state of your personal resources (both utilized and untapped), and work with you to identify energy deficits, blockages, and areas of disruption that have previously prevented or blocked a deep inner balance and the healthy realization of your potential. The analysis is conducted using, among other tools, the EOS (Development-Oriented System Diagnostics), our Authenticity Mapping Diagnostics®, and, if desired, the Leadership Circle Profile®. In the next step, Leadership Alignment Coaching uses the COLOUREM® coaching method to focus precisely on those core aspects that lead to your harmonious inner and outer alignment. In doing so, we address the resolution of emotional blockages, the enhancement of cognitive flexibility, and a balance between thinking, feeling, and acting processes.
Dynamic Skill Theory
The “Dynamic Skill Theory,” developed by Kurt W. Fischer in 1980, essentially examines the parallel development of individual, initially fragmented functions and skills in dynamic interaction with their environment, and considers personal development across various degrees of differentiation and levels of integration.
We support you with targeted training based on brain function to help you reflect on your emotional and cognitive response patterns and develop new skills.
Harvard Negotiation Project
Just as a medical diagnosis helps provide a clearer understanding of bodily processes and symptoms, a systematic diagnostic analysis of the form, structure, and nature of communication can be helpful in conflict situations and difficult negotiations.
The Harvard Negotiation Project identifies seven key aspects of negotiation that deserve special attention, ranging from the relationship level and the nature of communication to specific decisions.
