Jennifer Fiene

Project Manager & Research Assistant

Jennifer Fiene began her professional career in marketing, drawing on her background in journalism and corporate communications. Over time, her fascination with language and people’s stories evolved into a deep interest in the human psyche, personal development, and interpersonal dynamics.

While pursuing her master's degree in business psychology, she discovered her passion for personality and neuropsychology.

She focused her studies on differential psychology, personality research, human resources development, and coaching. In her master’s thesis, she examined the connections between resilience and personal growth and explored the mechanisms of self-regulation in greater depth using Kuhl’s PSI theory.

Jennifer focuses on psychological processes that facilitate personal development and lasting change. She believes in taking a holistic approach that emphasizes authentic personal growth while taking both physical and mental health into account. Her goal is to strengthen resilience and to facilitate and support personal growth.

In her free time, Jennifer is passionate about analog photography and enjoys reading a wide variety of books. She also loves to travel and spend time outdoors, which helps foster her curiosity, openness, and flexibility.
