Anna Orlinski holds a degree in Business Administration and is a trained breath coach. As a partner of Excellence in Mind, she supports individuals and organizations in development and transformation processes. Influenced by her extensive HR experience with focuses on personnel development, team dynamics, recruiting, and culture development, she has developed a deep understanding of the factors that sustainably enable people, teams, and companies to perform.

 

Throughout her professional practice, Anna increasingly realized how crucial self-regulation skills are for successful collaboration, healthy leadership, and effective transformation. Especially in times of rapid change, it becomes clear: only an internally stable system can confidently handle complexity, pressure, and constant change. One of Anna's passions is functional breathing and its influence on regulated bio-chemistry and a balanced nervous system. Both factors can be understood as performance boosters.

 

In her work, Anna combines economic understanding with solid approaches from personality development, self-regulation, and resilience promotion. She is particularly interested in the psychological and physiological mechanisms that influence our thinking, feeling, decision-making, and actions, and how unconscious patterns and emotional dynamics can create both developmental barriers and growth potentials.

 

Besides her work, Anna loves to connect people through music, rhythm, and shared experiences. With her Silent Dance events, she creates spaces for lightness, expression, and new perspectives—both privately and in business contexts such as team events.
