As a scientist and practising top executive coach, Kerstin Liesenfeld is in pursuit of the issues of authentic self-development and healthy self-leadership.
The personality psychologist (Ph.D.) and economist (Master’s degree) researched at the Department of Differential Psychology and Personality Research at Osnabrueck University (Prof. Julius Kuhl) and as a research scholar at the Mind Brain Education Department of the Harvard University Graduate School of Education (Prof. Kurt W. Fischer). She is a trained Master Executive Coach (ECA), NLP-Master (DVNLP), Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner ((EEM-CP), based on Traditional Chinese Medicine), certified in Psychomotoric Training and licenced in the EOS Personality Diagnostics according to Kuhl. She currently teaches as an Assistant Professor at Tufts University, School of Medicine, Boston, USA.
Her professional expertise also includes her long-standing work as a product manager in the fashion sector, the management of two private clinics for prevention and rehabilitation in the German health care system and her activity as the chairwoman of the executive board of a firm for aptitude diagnostics and potential development.
For many years, Kerstin Liesenfeld has been the honorary chairwoman of the executive board of the Andrea Kuhl Foundation, a foundation for promoting the authentic personality development of children and their reference persons.
Kerstin Liesenfeld developed the COLOUREM® coaching technique, which she has been utilizing in her practice for many years now to support top executives and next generation leaders in different issues concerning transformational change, healthy potential development and leadership excellence.
Sandra Purucker-Schulte advises clients on holistic leadership development, potential evolvement and transformations. She is particularly focused on sustainable success in times of fast paced change and the application of scientific methods.
Her professional expertise is in business, design thinking and psychology. Sandra has previously worked as consultant and project manager in the building industry, infrastructure and international relations across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Her global mindset and multicultural competence are a result of long-standing residency in UK, UAE and Qatar.
Sandra is a graduate of University College London, Integral Business Coach (DBVC, ICF) and NLP Practitioner (DVNLP).
