Leadership Alignment Coaching
Who are you, what touches you personally, what do you really want? And how much space does that have in your current role? Our alignment coaching is a personalized multi-level personality coaching for analyzing and aligning your own resources. We examine your competencies, potentials, and values. We focus on your anderstanding of identity and roles, as well as your personally perceived sense of purpose related to your current or a new role.
With a leadership alignment coaching, we first examine the current state of your personal resources (used and unused), jointly identify energy lags, blockages, and disruptive fields that have previously prevented or blocked deep inner balance and healthy potential utilization. The analysis is conducted using, among others, EOS (Development-Oriented System Diagnostics), our Authenticity Mapping Diagnostics®, and optionally, the Leadership Circle Profile®. In the next step, the leadership alignment coaching focuses on the core aspects that lead to your coherent inner and outer alignment through the COLOUREM® coaching method.
